25 Min Yin Yoga

Looking for some time to move slowly and listen to the body? Yin Yoga is here for you! Through the three principles of yin (edge, stillness, and time), we are presented with a beautiful opportunity to learn the language of the body and receive its wisdom. This 25-minute yin yoga class offers some time for rest and restore.
