Welcome to the 5-Day Yoga & Meditation Series! Each day includes a 20-25 minute yoga flow and an approximate 5-minute meditation at the end. Yoga and meditation go hand in hand, and by adding both practices to our routine, we gain the opportunity to increase our inner awareness, presence, peace, and calm. Whether you're brand new to meditating or yoga or have been practicing for a while, there is something for you in this series!
