Kapalabhati

Kapalabhati (also known as Breath of Fire or Skull Shining breath) is a fast-paced breathing technique that can be used to stir up your energy when you're feeling stagnant, wake you up when you're tired, get your blood flowing and your gut moving. Because this is an activating breath, please be mindful of whether or not this practice is right for you.
