In this meditation, we will practice expanding our awareness in ways that allow for all thoughts, sounds, and sensations to flow in and out effortlessly without grasping any of them. This form of meditation is also known as Vipassana meditation - seeing things for what they are. This does not mean that we don't feel, think, or sense; it means we are less inclined to react, to write stories, or to hang on so tightly. This is one to return to frequently. It can help you be more present and open in all of life's experiences!
