Nadi Shodhana

Nadi Shodhana is a balancing pranayama technique that works by breathing alternately in and out of each nostril. This practice is perfect for when you're feeling a bit frazzled and need to find some balance. Please note that this practice may not be suited for you if you are experiencing a stuffed nose/sick, have a deviated septum, etc. Listen to your body and practice mindfully.
