Yoga for Core Strength

Our core is the center of our balancing mechanisms - if we aren't consciously aware of our core and know how to use it, this is when we find ourselves out of balance, with random aches and pains and other injuries. By connecting with and strengthening our core, we can move in more balanced ways both on and off the mat. This quick flow will help us do just that - activate the muscles of the core!
