Yoga for When You're Sick

Not feeling your best? I've got your back! This flow is gentle and easy - just enough to get your body opened up and hopefully feeling better. It includes some lymphatic face massage to help clear congestion, and focuses on opening up the legs and the hips for those days when you're lying around, healing up.
